“I loved working with Melissa! As a mother of 2 under 2 and struggling with weight and energy, I reached out to my gym to connect me with a personal trainer. During my consultation I had explained that I needed to lose weight, build muscle and gain energy. I also shared that I was never a "gym type" so I wasn't familiar/comfortable with exercise equipment and had trouble incorporating exercising as part of my normal routine. Immediately, they recommended Melissa as she had training with working with pregnant women and postpartum moms. As soon as I met with her, I was at ease. "I met Melissa when she was planning her wedding. I was doing the alterations on her wedding gown. My first impression of Melissa was her being so happy and positive, tons of great energy and very mature for her age. Not to mention extremely physically fit. I so enjoyed our fittings and getting to know her. Upon her gown pick up, I asked her if she would be willing to train me remotely because of Covid. She agreed but I was truly scared as I had not been in a good exercise routine for years. I told her I needed her to take it slow and ease me into it. Melissa was 100% on board with that. It was tough in the beginning, I even told her take it easy after the first session, but by and by she began to work me up to a good routine. She is very patient and knowledgeable about training .
